Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or anytime before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We currently do not offer modifications to items or shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If you need to make changes, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
