What happens if an item from my package is missing?

There may be times when an item is missing from a package. However, all packages are inspected before leaving the warehouse. If an item is missing, please notify our customer support staff via the provided contact form. We examine on a case-by-case basis to determine what transpired and deliver the missing item to you.


When will my refund be issued?

As soon as your returned package reaches our distribution center, we will offer a reimbursement for your returned items. We'll send you an email once your return has been completed, and it will take 5-7 business days for the money to reach your account. All refunds are issued using the same mode of payment as the original transaction.


What options for payment do you provide?

We provide various payment methods, allowing you to choose the most convenient one. Whether a credit or debit card is used, we take your security very seriously, so you can be assured that your information is secure with us. 

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, since we take fraud extremely seriously. Depending on your bank, you may be required to enter a password or get a security code through phone or email.

If you create a Fashionzdivas account, our system will save your information, making future orders faster and easier. For your protection, we will not keep your credit card or debit card information. You may also sign up for emails and text messages so that you are the first to hear about amazing new products and offers on the website.


How can I alter my account's name and address?

By choosing Edit Details in the Manage Account section of the website, you can update any of your personal information, such as your name or address. You cannot modify your name or address once a purchase has been made and the order has been sent.

My payment was refused; what next steps can I take?

If your payment method was denied, you would need to resubmit your order since we cannot reinstate it. Before proceeding, you should contact your banking or payment provider to determine why this has occurred.
