RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to adore the clothing you wear. We would gladly accept any of your things for a free exchange or return if you're not satisfied with your equipment.

 

Exchanges & Refunds

Within 48 hours of your purchase, we will gladly accept requests for a refund or exchange of your purchases. Send us an email at fantmartenterprises@gmail.com or make a request on your profile page if you need to exchange or return an item, and we'll give you a return mailing label.


Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return.


    We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
    Please don't return your purchase to the merchant.
    In some circumstances, only partial returns are permitted (if applicable)
    No returns will be accepted for any items that are not in their original state, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons other than our error.

    Refunds (if applicable)


    We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.


    Please confirm that the processing time for refunds is between 5-7 days.

    Once your refund has been completed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment, depending on whether you were authorised or not.


    Missing or delayed refunds (if applicable)


    Check your bank account one more first if you haven't gotten a return yet.

    Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.


    Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.
